I was born and raised in Dubai, and I’ve always lived in big, busy family homes — the kind with lots of opinions, lots of food, and lots of children running around. Which is probably why feeding has always felt personal to me, not clinical. I understand that real life can be messy, unstructured, and rarely runs on perfect schedules — and that’s exactly why my work focuses on guiding you gently through the process, step by step, in a way that actually fits your home.

I’m a certified child nutrition consultant, a mom of two boys, and someone who genuinely loves being in the kitchen. I’ve also trained in pastry through a mentorship, so while my work is rooted in nutrition, it’s always shaped by flavor, texture, and real food that children actually enjoy eating.

Outside of client work, you’ll usually find me baking something, playing with new recipe ideas, making pottery, going on long walks, or creating content around everyday motherhood and food.

I originally studied graphic design, which is why everything I create — from meal plans to guides to recipes — is designed to feel clear, simple, and easy to use. No clutter. No overwhelm.

When should I start solid foods for my baby?

Most babies are ready to start solids around 6 months of age, when they can sit with support, show interest in food, and have good head and neck control. Every baby is different, and we help you understand readiness cues rather than focusing only on age.

We support a flexible and balanced approach. Depending on your baby’s readiness and comfort, we guide you with spoon-feeding, self-feeding, or a combination of both — always keeping safety, nutrition, and development in mind.
